Is Romafolli suitable for all hair types?
Romafolli products are formulated for all hair types including fine, thinning, straight, curly, Afro hair textures – and anywhere in between. Our products have been designed for damaged, thinning hair in need of care and nourishment.

Where are Romafolli products made?
Romafolli is proudly handmade with love in London, using a blend of natural and organic plant extracts from nature.
Ingredients and formulations
Romafolli was created by experts in nutrition and essential oils, specialising in sourcing the finest, natural, organic and effective formulations to ensure quality and efficacy, infused with crystals and botanicals.
Our product formulations are assessed by an external chemist as part of the legal requirements for sale in the UK. The products are manufactured in a lab that complies with good manufacturing practice (GMP).
We are pleased to confirm that all of our products are made from organic, natural and nutrient-dense ingredients and are free from SLS, parabens, silicones, synthetic fragrance, DEAs, MEAs, TEAs, GMOs, gluten and artificial colour.
Why do you use small crystals?
Our crystals are meticulously crafted to be fine and delicate, seamlessly blending into our exquisite oil blend. Their intricate structure necessitates the creation of fine shavings, ensuring a seamless and gentle interaction when used with the glass pipette. This careful attention to detail guarantees that there are no sudden reactions or damages, preserving the purity and integrity of both the crystals and the pipette. Each shard, a testament to our commitment to quality, reflects the precision and craftsmanship that define our product.
What is the best way to store your products?
Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Will Romafolli products work if I have a medical condition?
If you have a medical condition like alopecia, Hashimoto’s or other conditions that can cause hair loss, we regret that we are unable to give you any specific recommendations or advice, since we are not doctors. Please seek professional advice from your medical practitioner.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
Your scalp sets the foundation for healthy hair growth. A daily skincare for the scalp routine is important to support the health of your scalp and hair.
With continued use of Romafolli products, you may start to see an improvement in the quantity and quality of your hair within eight weeks when you commit to a daily skincare for the scalp regime. Using different products together may help yield more noticeable results.
For some, the hair restoration journey can take several months of dedication and commitment before seeing any improvement.

I have a nut allergy – are your products safe to use?
You will find the full ingredients list for each product on the bottle label and on the individual product page on our website.
Some of our products contain nut oils, such as sweet almond oil. Therefore, we cannot guarantee there are no traces of nuts in any of our handmade products. If you have a nut allergy we would advise against using our products.
Are your products safe when pregnant or breastfeeding?
Generally essential oils are not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please consult with a medical practitioner for safe use.
Each oil product contains a blend of a large number of oils: some suitable, some unsuitable. For this reason our products are unsafe during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Hair loss can occur during pregnancy due to hormonal changes that can interfere with the hair growth cycle. If you are suffering from hair loss following pregnancy and after breastfeeding, our products can then be used to support you.
Are you a vegan and cruelty-free brand?
We are opposed to the use of animals in testing. All of our products are completely vegan, cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Shipping and returns
Do you ship to my country?
At present, we only ship within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). We hope to offer shipping to other countries in the future.
Shipping from the UK to EU countries post-Brexit
Since 1 January 2021, orders from EU countries are subject to customs and duty fees. As a result, we have taken the decision, like many independent companies, not to ship to EU countries at this time. It is proving to be very problematic with the increase in these fees, delays to shipping and some orders being returned.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but we will do our best to modify an existing order if you email at hello@romafolli.com to see whether we can amend your request in time. Otherwise, our team would be happy to arrange an exchange or return for you.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order is dispatched, containing information to track your order via Royal Mail. If you have not received this email, we recommend checking your spam folder.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and delivered via Royal Mail. Please refer to our shipping policy here for more information.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Simply email our team at hello@romafolli.com to best resolve this for you with further instructions.

How long does it take to process a return?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Romafolli.
However, if you wish to return an item to us the product will need to be unopened and in the original packaging. We will notify you once we have received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within approximately ten business days. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@romafolli.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@romafolli.com if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Payment
When will my payment card be charged?
Once your order is placed your payment card will be charged.
What payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
What is Klarna?
Klarna, a payment service provider headquartered in Sweden, assumes full responsibility for your payment, supporting 60 million consumers worldwide across more than 70,000 online stores. Klarna is highly secure and trusted for online transactions.
Will a credit check be performed on me?
Klarna may conduct unrecorded enquiries (also known as soft credit searches), which do not impact your credit score and are visible only to you and Klarna, not to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor ROMAFOLLI conduct credit searches that could affect your credit rating.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
Once ROMAFOLLI has approved your cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments and refund any amounts due. The return will be immediately reflected in the Klarna app.
Is my payment information secure?
Your payment information is securely processed by Klarna. ROMAFOLLI does not receive or store any card details. All transactions are conducted via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes, you can. Simply access the Klarna app or log in to Klarna.com/uk to make an early payment.
How does Pay Later in 3 interest-free instalments work?
Pay Later in 3 interest-free instalments allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over three equal payments. The payment for each instalment will be automatically collected from the debit or credit card you provided at checkout. The first instalment will be collected when ROMAFOLLI confirms your order, and instalments 2 and 3 will be scheduled for 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payment schedule in the Klarna app.
Am I eligible for Pay Later in 3 interest-free instalments?
To use Pay Later in 3 interest-free instalments, you must be at least 18 years old. While this option is widely available, eligibility is subject to your financial circumstances. Choosing Pay Later in 3 interest-free instalments will not affect your credit rating as part of our assessment.
